Cash-Less Facility available at our hospital :
Following documents are necessary to avail cash-less.
• Last Two years policy with 64 V.B.H. certificate of current year
• If you have I-Card issued by T.P.A. then Xerox of I-Card. You are supposed to meet Mr. R.R.Buch Room No-206 Between 11.30 to 4.30 pm within 12 hours of admission. |
